Benedikt Goldbeck about the beginning

I have started the top-work team 1999 after I've been looking for solutions for special work by insufficient security knowledge for work in the field of crash-prone. By the industrial climbing, I have found the rope access technology - discovered the most safest method to work on hard-to-reach areas - for myself.

All employees in my company are familiar through training and continuous training activities at the highest professional level with the rope access technique. "They are not only qualified industrial climber, but also first-class service providers who bring their expertise in the various professions for our customers to use."

The owner. Mr. Goldbeck specializes in the industrial climbing and "Pioneer" for the training of high-altitude workers. As certified high-altitude and high altitude saver, he works in the Fisat e.V. in the working group "certification".

Manageress, officers. Mrs Goldbeck organizes our services and our clients locally and on the phone.

Mrs Weltermann is the first contact for our customers on the phone. As a sales assistant, she works in the daily business and ensures the smooth internal communication. Mrs Weltermann is responsible for the procurement of equipment and their sale.

Accounting. Ms Kurz is associate in accounting. She looks after all operations of the accounting system and the human resources management.
